Insulation Cores:
PUR, PIR & Mineral Wool/Rockwool. In addition to rigid PU foam, also offers PIR for firesafe applications and Rockwool for high temp & acoustical insulation.The 1000mm wide Panel has a roll formed trapezoidal profile on top side and a micro-ribbed Liner tray on underside. The panel is available in thickness range of 25mm to 200mm. Variety of skin options are available for top skin. Bottom liner shall however be pre painted Galvanized steel sheet, OR 0.080mm Embossed Aluminium Foil. Panels are offered in customized lengths as required. Double groove panel is ideally suited for Cold Store applications ensuring air tight joinery and elimination of thermal bridges. This configuration too is available in 1000mm width & customized lengths.

Supply of double skin PUR insulated sandwich Roof Panel having 40mm core with PPGI RMP trapezoidal in top & bottom, with micro ribbed liner panel.
The PUR panel shall be CFC free and Zero Ozone depleting panel using N Pentane blowing agent & made out of continuous line running on uninterrupted power supply.
Panel shall have pre coated Galvanized sheet on both side of Polyurethane Foam confirming to IS 12436:1988. The pre coated sheet shall be of minimum 240 to 550 Mpa.
The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective guard film of minimum 25 microns to avoid scratches during transportation.
The PUR Foam shall be self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having minimum standard density of 38-40 Kg/Cu.mt (+, -4 Kgs)
